Postage is FREE for orders over £50.00

For orders under £50.00 (see prices below)

Postage and packaging is £3.00 for all orders in the U.K Only

Postage and Packaging is £6.00 for the rest of Europe

Postage and Packaging for the rest of the world is £8.00.

Rosie Apples will endeavour to deliver all goods within 24 hours and in all eventualities within 7 days (unless otherwise agreed). If we cannot deliver within this time you will be notified immediately and, with your agreement, we will arrange another time for delivery. If another time cannot be agreed we will fully refund your order.

Goods are sent by recorded mail, and will have to be signed for on receipt.

Stock items are USUALLY despatched within 24 hours provided there are no problems with payment clearance or stock. No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.

Standard deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent.

Please examine goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition.

Your goods will be delivered with a £ Sterling receipt for goods purchased.
